As long as you are employed the last day of the Q, you will get that bonus check. You don’t have to be still employed when the check is cut. Example: if you resign on Jan 1, you will still receive your full Q4 bonus check (8-10 weeks later when it is cut).

Not sure if I read it wrong but we recently had the IC training we had to complete on Saba. I thought it said we now get a pro-rated amount based on when in the quarter we resigned as long as we give proper notice. Aka-we no longer have to finish the quarter out to get a bonus. It’ll just be based on when we worked up until. Did anyone else read it that way?

    no they aren't paying shit
they take 3 months to pay bonus after quarter is over so they are not paying a partial bonus
another thing 2/3 way through second half and still do not have quotas-big excuses but its just so they can use current data to make unfair quotas

OK, clearly you’re not a bright person. Go back and read this shit you wrote. How in the hell did you get hired? Was it under a “special needs” program?

obviously you are trolling to attack people
however there is some validity in what that poster stated
bonus is paid well after it is earned
quotas are very late-usually you have a quotas before the earning period starts so you know what your shooting for rather than quotas being devised retrospectively base on what you already sold

its prorated now. You don’t need to stay till end of quarter. It’s in the sales policy guide in saba.

Well I’m not in sales I’m talking about the yearly bonus so if I decide to leave in January will I still get my bonus? Like for example if my last day is January 1 2019

H.O. people are lazy, condescending and incredibly full of themselves as can seen at meetings always have to let you know they are there and be in the spotlight
overpaid and over emphasized minimal impact

I love how HO people blame sales with out even knowing how the business is run. They throw out blanket statements like “sales people are lazy, they don’t work etc... bottom line is this. 1) Mydayis shouldn’t have been launched. 2) MR should have never been promoted past RD 3) KC is not qualified to be a sales director, he never accomplished anything but a sub goal performance as a ZD.

The big factor is price hikes... let me say that again PRICE HIKES!!! Have you paid attention to the earnings reports the last 5 years. The big jumps, yoy, in revenue is due to price hikes. RX’s were growing steadily but with the continual price hikes the growth slowed tremendously. You can’t keep jacking up prices without repercussions. Eventually there is push back from the payer side of things. And behold things are slowing down. That is a short summary for you HO people who never get out. Learn the business before you open your mouth.

Noticed all the slobbering sales reps are quite now that their bonus has been paid. Guess all the “sky is falling” “they are stealing our money” proves once again that not only are you stupid and entitled - but you are a virus in this company trying to infect as many as you can.

Shire sales reps are underperforming, lazy, overpaid, and have a entitled attitude. No wonder they ranked at the bottom of Pharma
