Exactly! Shocks me that reps selling these products (mentioned above) are still here. If you have more than 10 years at Shire; it MAY be worth sticking around for the severance but everyone else should get out now (unless you don’t have any bills to pay)!

Good source confirmed Natpara will be sold shortly after Takeda deal close. They have a buyer and wheels are already in motion. Bank it!
Yes it is true, it was reported by BioSpace 9/13. The report says Takeda could get $4-5 billion for both Natpara and Xiidra. Takeda Shareholders won’t give the green light unless there is a plan to reduce the new debt to a more manageable level. If one doesn’t think there are more units being gutted or sold just pause for a minute and think about the number 62,000,000,000. Takeda has $11b already, who knows what will happen to Shire’s $19b, is it being paid off in the transaction or is Takeda assuming it? It’s a dumb purchase, non the less, Takeda has to sell a debt lowering plan to get this approved. No division is safe.
Who the hell really cares? This division is a joke run by clowns. The leadership is a bunch of two faced snakes. The reps that are doing well are so non compliant its ridiculous. And they get away with it. Getting laid off from this shit box would be the best thing that has happened to me.
