So the home office now gets Fridays off. Representatives should too

Company wide email sent out about taking the fridays off in summer. Just ridiculous !!

I know the comments will be most reps don’t work fridays any way but most do....

Janssen needs to address this and give the week of Christmas off as well.

 

I thought reps had Fridays off? The only work I do on Fridays are the useless conference calls.

 

You just got this memo? They have been doing this at the Home Office for the last 15 years, minimum.

As for your asks, Reps will never get Fridays or Christmas week off because the Company's #1 priority is inflating its CPA numbers at every turn. That's also the reason why we're ridiculously 'expected' (nudge nudge, wink wink) to make calls before taking an 11am flight to a National meeting.

People in the home office have had Fridays off for decades; just no one knew about it.

 

We don't take Fridays off. We "work from home." Like field people do every day.

Lots of pharma and device companies have Friday as optional. And many companies give the week off between Christmas and New Years .

 

Many Pharma companies get off the week between Christmas & New Years. Maybe we should start Living the Credo ?
