They let me go! At first I was shocked - then mad - then worried - but now happy!

This place is toxic and now I get to collect a check and find a job that will pay me my worth. It may suck right now for us that they let go but we will look back and be grateful to be out of here!

Exactly the same experience!!! Free now from a very toxic, inadequate environment.

Agree!! Let’s all find a better life away from the backstabbing & unethical behavior we have witnessed. I already feel healthier.

    YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!

I did not even realize how depressed I was until I was laid off - and now I feel GREAT!

This place is so toxic no matter what division you are in!!!! I still can't believe most of the people they kept, but I do not care anymore. I am so glad to be gone! The Nucala people will be next. They act all high and mighty now but their time will come. That group is terrible and will be hit even harder with the new biologic comes out.

Oh well! I do not care because soon I will be selling somewhere where I will be respected and not treated like a child and PAID!

Good luck to everyone that was kept - you need it!

It feels great to be gone, the time has flown by. After so many years I’m still following some of what is going on, the restructuring, etc. because it’s still interesting. Following from a distance without the toxicity of that environment is so much better! Naturally the level of interest is diminishing but will never be gone entirely. One thing is certain - calls will continue to be faked to targets that won’t talk to reps, and managers will look the other way as long as you fill out your reports and spreadsheets and target lists highlighting “ Opportunities”. HA! Git out there and educate them doctors, you message-monkeys!

I left too. GSK is the perfect example as to why socialism always fails. Those of us actually good at our job and producing being compensated the same as those that suck. What kind of idiot organization hires “sales” people and then doesn’t reward them? Eventually, GSK like in Venezuela (and if the Democrat’s have their way here in the USA) all of you GSK folks will be sitting at home wondering why the other guy isn’t pulling his weight.

This is exactly right. This is why anyone worth a damn at sales left this company or is leaving. Like almost 1/2 of our society, it can’t always be someone else’s fault and their responsibility. “It takes a village” works about as well in sales as it does in elections!

There is no society, it's survival of the fittest. Don't be such a whiny pussy.

Why don’t you do a little research before opening your big mouth. Statistically as many white recipients on welfare as people of color and red states predominate in welfare recipients. Also check statistics on states with most increases in welfare. Include Idaho, Nevada , Indiana and Utah as top four. Quit listening to faux news and use the brain iou were given for once and stop complaining.
