I apologize for my absence. For the past month, I have been taking an extended siesta.

Raise of hands: Who is EXCITED about selling Hydro 35 to offices? I know you can't wait for this exciting opportunity!

CEO question: Are you going to "show" the field how to sell this "new and exciting" product? Can you even close a sell? Share with us your thoughts...because no one in the field has ever heard from you! Is this how a LEADER leads?

Hey NJ- Are you enjoying your scouting trips (i.e. company paid vacation to discover the best place for NSM) while you know good and well that this company is headed for lay offs? Question-Will you send out the downsizing PowerPoint to the field the night before? Still on track for lay offs at the end of Sept? Ponder that as you drive your company paid fleet car.

We have been very quiet lately. Is this the calm before the storm?

 

Uncle E has been off her game. I think her source dried up. A few of her comments have lead me to believe she’s out of the loop.

 

That’s what happens when he/she doesn’t work here anymore and their sources all left too

I was sad to read NJs (anonymous) post of how I haven't posted due to the loss of contacts.
Not the case. I am flattered that you missed me.

Are the baker's dozen of you left excited about your upcoming meeting in NJ? What exciting "new product" will they share with you for 2019?

A few predictions for your soiree:

Manager Predictions:
-CH will have the largest sized coffee from Starbucks or Dunkin. She will complain of the lack of choices in food for the meeting and "choose" to drink only her favorite blended beverage all day.
-MM will walk around with a huge smile all day knowing that he truly is the ONLY one safe in Exeltis from getting wacked.
-Marky Marc will happen to "pop" into the meeting to say hello all the while longing to take control of your dirty dozen sales force
-Trainer extraordinaire, DK will be in the room to justify his training title.
-NJ will hover over every minute of the proceedings wanting to secretly control all of you. She will relishes in the line of spineless reps that will glide over to her to kiss the proverbial ring hoping to be in her good graces and not be selected for her next thinning of the team.
-Head Honcho: Will sit back and quietly evaluate each of you wondering who he needs to fire to make his bottom dollar in 2019.

Rep Predictions:
-There will be an ongoing feud between the NE tools and the southern twits on who is the best.

-Battle lines will be drawn and pocket of groups will be carved out. All reps south of Virginia will not be allowed by CH to speak for fear of getting in the way of the awesomeness that is the NE.team.

-DD will argue with KK over who is better suited to be a trainer...Augie will stand there clueless.

-Team Texas will sit back and make fun of you knowing that they are far better sales reps. They will also compare quality of their facial hair. Who has the better mustache? Who did better selling Ecoza off label? When should we get the hell out of here? Be on the look out for MM to try and insert himself into your conversation.

-Team Guido will bs each other into thinking that they had a shot at the Dermira jobs (when they didn't). They will say that its better here because moma bird CH takes care of us (which you would be correct in assuming) Let's face it NE.... Do you REALLY think that you could compete at a high end sales force???
Never fear....Dermira will have issues with there over priced sweat wiping Kleenex.

-Team Texas will invite all of the other non NE reps over to quietly ask each others about derm expansion companies and whether they should bounce (the answer is very obvious here)

Product Predictions:
Drum roll please......
-You should all get excited that you have the "opportunity" to sell Salvax, Hydro 35, and Neosalus in a direct dispense model! How exciting. I know the derms will be pounding at your door to order from you.

NJ- So how did I do??? Do you think that I still have lost my contacts?
