Drug Maker Egalet Buys More Times With Bondholder Pact
Egalet Corp., which earlier this year issued a “going concern” warning, has reached a forbearance agreement with a group of bondholders and said it is in talks with other creditors about a possible debt restructuring

 

From March 22, 2018, Philadelphia Business Journal:

"In the SEC filing, Egalet states, “We continue to seek other sources of capital and alternatives to maintain our listing on the Nasdaq, but if we are unable to obtain sufficient financing to support and complete these activities, then we would, in all likelihood, experience severe liquidity problems and may have to curtail our operations. In addition, volatility in the capital markets may be a significant obstacle to raising the required funds. If we curtail our operations, we may be placed into bankruptcy or undergo liquidation, the result of which will adversely affect the value of our common shares.”

Egalet has been preparing for liquidation for a while now.. Enjoy your jobs while you can because you'd have to be blind, deaf, & dumb to not realize what is about to happen..

Forebearence date come and gone. Yet no news from the company. Is Egalet good to go or what? Just another 6 month scare just like the rest of them.

 

Stock price is at zero genius!

Every one of them. Still a full sales force. Obviously all this going on hasn't truly effected the company. Business as usual.

 

Business as usual,for this stock,really,and truly doesn't sound very promising!

 

What is happening? The company is silent. We are just sitting here as reps just in the dark once again.

 

I feel sorry for everyone still there. Left 4 months ago b/c this is a dead end company and job. You look desperate for a paycheck if you stay there
