i left B+L because it was a total shit show, but just recently heard that Dorothea is riding with the Mgr and the rep. Why all the micromanagement? Is vyzulta doing that bad? If this is true and all 3 are riding with a rep then then has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

You are correct DF is one crazy Pfizer clone ! The NSM was a total nightmare of everybody dancing around the fact that we have no coverage and minimal ,dumbass leadrship. DF spouts nothing but drivel ,you really don't want to get on her radar, she is vicious.
B&L’s annual goal was carried by contacts and OTCs. US Rx tanked. They did nothing right and it starts at the shitshow at the top. None of the reports were right. They forgot to update the formulary for months and the guy in charge of the numbers is an idiot.
Dumb ass company let California cheat on Vyzulta cash pay scripts with a speciality pharmacy! They actually rewarded them with cash and awards . The dumbasses then tell the reps not to use or even talk to a pharmacy other than Walgreens. Double standard BS company!
Even worse........ Those reps made tens of thousands of dollars and the company lost money in the RXs. And to top that off....... Most of those reps made Platinum Club, and will get a free trip for ripping the company off.
