An extremely important story but first read below link to understand it's preface:-

    https://ocapps.occourts.org/civilwebShoppingNS/ShowCase.do?index=0&number=30-2018-00995291-CU-WT-CJC&tab=0#caseAnchor

"I was a very hard-working employee at SPPI and loved by most employees except few including above 4 people. They all were responsible of my wrongful termination from SPPI in 2015.

Today when they are asked to leave by SPPI for right reasons these buggers have instead file complained and sued SPPI for a wrongful termination.

I don't understand in thing... when these 4 folks were doing absolutely wrong to people they used to boast SPPI and criticised every hard working employee who was not a NEPOTIST like them (BTW all 4 people above are asian indians) but, when they are asked to leave as per their willufll employment contract with SPPI, they have instead filed a case and complaint against SPPI without of any reason with an intention to extort big money out of SPPI.

I am an ex-SPPI employee and I request SPPI to connect with people like me who will testify against above 4 folks and how wrongfully they got hard working Americans (SPPI employees) kicked/terminated out of SPPI in past under the management of ex CEO Rajesh Shrotriya.

It will be a shame if above corrupt 4 are able to extort money from SPPI under the same termination clause which they have themselves used in past to get rid of many hard working employees @ SPPI. Shame on you all 4.

Conclusion:- All SPPI asian indians are the root cause ofall sadden stories at SPPI. These folks are very conspirative people and they are the real problems ever since this company ran by an goon type ex-CEO who used to be an asian indian. Asian indians have always enjoyed NEPOTIST favoritism and have always done bad in/for this company. While they always discriminated with local Americans but instead always complained as if they are the sufferers. Please end this in SPPI once for all and bring people on talent rather then on nepotism.

Satender, don't you think it is time to move on? Yes, the people running SPPI are creeps and have done far worse than firing you, but just move on.

I am Suzie and I was wrongfully fired by Anil when I was working at SPPI as director drug safety. I got no severance or any bennefits when I was terminated. I know it's too late but I would also like to be part of the lawsuit filed by Pramod and team against SPPI. I also would like to get justice.

Thanks. This case information is spot on.

It's funny that while Ramsharan filed his case against Pramod Gupta for wrongful terminatiin, Pramod Gupta has filed his wrongful termination case against SPPI along with few junior level employees. Circus theatrics!

Rams is suing Spectrum (Soectrum is listed as the defendant). Pramod is the person listed as discriminating against Rams in the suit.

Suzie- if you read the case, the people in the suit (Pramod, Chander, Kiran, and Richa) are claiming Spectrum (Joe and Tom Riga) fired them because they are Indians (discrimination). Further, Kiran claims harassment. Your situation does not fit this premise.

We shouldn't lose any sleep about Pramod, Chander and Kiran being gone.

Ram's and Pramod didn't get along and the subordinate always loses.

Richa's situation stinks and she got screwed. She's the only person on this list who has a legitimate case in my opinion.

Agree about Pramod and Rams. But Pramod suing Spectrum after the things he’s done? I wish I could be a witness for Spectrum, although I was not treated fairly.

This guy Gajanan seems to be a shame less person. How can he raised his and his cronies salaries when he actually lost in ODAC 2016. His name is all over internet with facts on data and how he lost 2016 ODAC for Apaziquone aka Eoquin. FDA gave 14--0 votes against approval and completely rejected data.

I think to save himself from utter shame he should resign. If JT and Tom are sensible they either will FIRE him or make sure his name doesn't get attached with any future regulatory submissions. Around 250k-300k SPPI can easily find a renown statistician from available resources from current market.

They are all involved.JT and his gang from Amgen all are promoting non compliance, just like they did at Amgen. You can look it up.

It's a jury trial next May for Pramod. Maybe we should fill the court room to watch.

What happened to Ram's case? Says it was moved to Federal Court. Curious about that move on Spectrum's part.

The company should offer something of a gag gift to make sure that people don’t come after them. Go through HR file and identify who was fired and start there.

I can see this getting out of hand. There are a lot of people who been wrongfully terminated.

What these 4 should do is reach out to others that were wrongfully terminated to make their story stronger.

How is that you give employees award for being the tip and you put their pictures up and you fire them.

The whole thing of putting picture up was strange and foolish to me.
