Wondering if there is a hiring freeze? Interviewed had f2f and next step would be the role play haven’t heard yea or nay. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Apparently, they did early interviews with the teams that had managers on place. Just now getting to the other openings. Had a phone interview yesterday , in house interview hopefully next week.
I have heard of some managers being shuffled around based on location of territories. That could certainly cause a delay in the hiring process.
I’m the original poster....I also had the phone interview with the area manager. So just a recap recruiter phone call, phone interview with hiring manager then f2f with hiring manager then phone interview with their manager. Haven’t heard back either way and thought it went very well!
My call with the area manager ended with him telling me sales simulation would be in a few days...how did the call with the area manager end?
My call with the RD was on Friday and they had managers meeting/training all next week so I didn’t get a confirmed date.
How long is it until the RM call after f2f? I had f2f last week, which I thought went well. I haven’t heard back from anyone yet.
I just had a phone interview today. They are looking to do the second round of phone interviews with the manager in the next two days & f2f early next week. Projecting November start. Any tips or suggestions from anyone who has received an offer would be much appreciated!
I guess I’m not moving forward in the interview process. Monday will be 2 weeks when I had f2f, and still heard nothing. Good luck to those moving forward.
