I think we should cut the salesforce in half. Most are inept pharma sample droppers who don’t sell or have the acumen to identify opportunity. Entitled babies who need constant direction.

 

I think we should cut the bloated upper mgmt and marketing staff. They don't listen to what the field needs or wants anyway. Took them 2 years just to get ask iiris shit straight, and let's be real managers are just a waste especially mine. They have no clue and just follow what the ZD and zone analyst say.
