The leaders are dictators no different than Mao, Stalin, Hitler Saddam, ... these are self serving tyrants running this place like their own 3rd world country. They pin medals on themselves in the vein of grander sounding titles that of course include more money and power. If anyone ask the wrong question they are escorted out of the building. Does anyone remember the head of training LC- who was here one day working and escorted out of the building the next morning. These people keep an enemy’s list much as Richard Nixon did in the 1970s. They are surrounding themselves with a human shield of zombie ASMs that do what they are told and promised to keep their jobs if they stay in line. These men are preparing for their next big opportunity so the titles get bigger and the contracts include more money and stock while everyone is cannon fodder. Orville and Wilber will have the only parachutes when the plane goes into the final dive. Our leaders are not Greek - I will leave you to figure that out but listen for the word Comrade when they are talking among themselves.
this post is a little bit over the top, but, for the most part is accurate. If those who remember when psych was brought on 5 years ago. It was about being honest, asking questions, what’s best for the business. That lasted a little over a year and then it became all about who are trouble makers? Who’s making waves? Ect, ect. Truth is they don’t want to hear anything. Do as I say and that’s it.
Sorry to heart about the lay-offs as many good people were let go and that is always a shame. Good luck to everyone. Lundbeck was a good company for a while. Enjoyed my time there back then ... but probably wouldn’t recognize it now. Be well
