Ken hired this guy? I feel sorry for his team. They seem miserable. What is wrong with this guy?

”What is wrong with this guy”? Let us try his last name and that he is management with Shitofi.

Is this the same Mike Ball that was a DM at Sanofi Oncology several years ago?

Not the Mike Ball from legacy Allergan who went to run Abbott?

    Not the Allergan guy.
Yes MB used to work at Sanofi and Keryx and BMS and Dendreon.

Ken was also in the lead for marketing when the Zaltrap fiasco happened...lots of bad decisions by him. Marketing runs oncology...has for years.

MB lacks leadership, lazy, incompetent in software, computer technology, cannot run an organized, prepared call. He is critical, close minded, arrogant and vindictive. SG should separate from the liability now to prevent turnover of the west region.

Wow Ken has this incompetent DM and the investigation of the ONMs to contend with...talk about the shit hitting the fan! I expect to hear an announcement that SZ has decided to retire early any day now. Simple solution..fire MB, SZ and the ONMS that were involved with falsifying expense reports!

Ken is a conservative Catholic Republican...do you really expect that type of person to do the right thing...that is so naïve.

He is about one dimensional as it gets...his only social conservation is about the New England Patriots.

Solid solution. If a company has ethics and believes in culture then back it up with action and part ways with the Mike and Barry’s at SG. Doesn’t Barry have the highest turnover? Wouldn’t an astute VP look at turnover? Hire another older, white, republican conservative man. But hey.. go patriots.

While your at it, how about getting rid of Tim P.-his nickname from his district is "Brownie" because he has his nose so far up senior leadership's ass...what a total fake!

I think MB is probably looking for another gig while he still has his one ball left. If Ken would have really looked into his background they would have found out he had been fired before and reps have hated working for his lazy ass with past companies. Ken did not do his due diligence and you have him and also the ONM mess with faking expense reports, faking dinner programs, taking customers out and putting other ONM names on receipts...just check their expense reports and do a through audit and you can fire that whole lying ONM team...including their leader SZ.

Is this douche going to be the RBD in the west for the Isatuximab launch?? Looks like positions are posted for Hem/Onc RBDs across the nation, except for the West. Just wondering why SG isn't looking for a west RBD...
