This sucks! Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse - they have! I was one of the "lucky" ones that was kept in the restructuring. Why???? This place is so toxic and now it is even worse! I asked for a package after they told me I still had a job and was told no. Everyone is backstabbing each other now even worse than before. Everyone is out for themselves. We lost most of the great people that were left and now only a few of us are still here that see through all the BS. GSK is full of lazy, backstabbing, sample droppers that are only worried about how much they can suck up to their manager or FVP and take credit for the few of us that actually know how to sell. I can't wait to get out of here and never look back.

The company has been a joke in the industry and now looks even worse based on who they kept and who they let go. Any time I talk to anyone who was let go, they are happy. You can hear a sense of relief and joy in their voices because they are out of this toxic hole.

There will be another round soon and then another after that. There is no way the Nucala reps will be able to compete with the new competitor. They are already getting their butts kicked and it is about to get worse. All of them that think they are better than anyone else will get theirs. They will be next right along side of us. They should had been cut this time around. Mark my word - it is just a matter of time and come Q1 the next round of bloodshed will happen. Silent layoffs are still happening and will continue. The company had to pay out a lot of people this time, and gave good packages. They will not do that again. The silent layoffs will get worse. They are coming for everyone. This next lay off will not be as financially beneficial to the field as it was this time. I am a one more interview and then will be out of here. For the VERY few that are still here that are not lazy a*&holes - GET OUT! It is very hard to get a sales job after working for GSK because of the stigma that comes with having this company on your resume.

Enjoy the holidays because this is just the beginning. 2019 is going to even worse than 2018!

like I’ve said many times, now it the time to strike out hard. Record everything! Document like crazy! Go get a micro video audio recorder you can wear right in your pen pocket. Get them on there telling you to sell off-label, tape the program speakers etc. get them by the short and girlies, they are too stupid to stop. It’s the company culture. Then you too can file and get your 15% of whatever the government’s take is. Big money when the fine is in the billions. It will be your biggest bonus of all time.

Not likely to happen. The company doesn’t even tell us to call on doctors - no pressure or motivation to sell. Too bad

What do you mean no pressure to sell? Ha! Go sell but you will not be paid again another bonus.
