    Pick 3. I left Compliance out of it. That just seems to be an industry wide issue.

    Things are hard here just selling one product. Whoever is left that I know seems to be looking for another job. I still feel I could keep going, but Astellas makes it more difficult every year.

    Biggest issue is the admin work and the constant useless updates on our software and programs. I’m trying to make my calls and sell but Astellas is insisting on constantly updating our programs and giving us things nobody asked for while ignoring requests of things that would actually be useful.

    New Veeva= Useless. The previous update was already a downgrade. Now they added in total account view, another useless step in the way of me entering my call.

    The concur update was handled very poorly. I’ve heard multiple people had their expense reports kicked back. Now we have to completely re renter them. There’s another few hours of my day wasted when it could be spent doing calls. You bet your ass I’m not doing it on my free time so I’ll just sit down in the lobby and spend a couple hours doing my reports all over again since Astellas management and auditors decided to f**** us.

    Here’s an idea- make it easier for your reps to do their job. Stop updating and changing everything and making it more f****** complicated. I don’t get paid enough to deal with this BS. I’ll just deal with it elsewhere for a 20% pay bump after jumping ship. Keep it up and you’re going to be left with underachievers and college hires because no self respecting and performing rep is going to stay around if this BS is to become the norm.

    The problem at Astellas other than that they are going to lay a whole bunch of representatives off when Vesicare goes generic is that the dismal "leadership team" tries to tell you how to act. It's one brown nosing thing after another for advancement. not even how you perform on your sales it's how much you suck your AD's a.. Look how many sales people are promoted with lousy sales.
    Our AD is outrageous in the way that he asks people about their personal achievement and then brags about this and that to build himself up. Needs to be taught that an organization is better when there are a diverse group of personalities and individuals. Quit trying to clone people like you. It's degrading and insulting. Nobody wants to be like you.

    Yes, the managers treat the sales representatives like babies. Doesn't seem to be a respected business relationship. Complete micro-management. Worst pharma company I have ever worked for
