pipeline is great, but indian site (manufacturing) may experience survey hiccups from FDA and EMA, but typical of biosimilar companies

Any insight into what someone with approximately 10 years of pharma experience might expect in terms of base salary?

 

I’ve been in pharma for almost 10 years and my base salary is a little over 100k.
