crappy quotas set by new stupid vp. as ssr, I still have to hit rm quota. tm quotas adjusted don't align with rm's. new vp with his new ideas is fucking the ssrs and rms and ads. its not only the tms that you have to worry about dipshit. somebody fire the dumbass.
It seems that this is true- Zoll constantly is recruiting in my Metro area and must turn and burn reps every 6-9 months.
It really should be “burn and churn” if you think about it. For you must first burn reps out prior to churning through new ones.
Churn and Burn is the answer. It’s the best way to avoid sales reps demanding more money due to forming personal relationships w physicians. No Zoll rep has any transferable relationship.
