Unless there’s a mass exodus sometime soon I don’t see that happening. Nobody is packing up and moving to Texas unless they lay off most of home office. Then again Austin sounds fun.
This would be an immediate culture change!!!! Astellas would save millions!!! Buy a cheap building in TX and house the overhead.

The Exit 48 move to Frisco will bring a new headquarters to a tract of land along Panther Creek in Northwest Frisco. A relocation to Frisco will provide North Texas its first minor pharmaceutical company in decades. Also the Exit 48 Plan is to build two 18-hole golf courses, one of which for The Japanese and the other for Exit 48 workers . The Japanese course would be a world-class caliber layout designed for hosting a PGA Championship, The Masters as well as the Ryder Cup. Noted designers Gil Hanse and Beau Welling have been consulted to work on the project, with Hanse tabbed to produce the championship course with an expected opening sometime in 2020.
