Management has been informed of PCR cuts coming

theyll probably let go of an RD or two.

If a DM used to be a specialty rep, they will get demoted back to specialty or will be let go.

The specialty re will be bumped back down to PCR

And the PCR will be severed or put in a territory far away enough to where they will need to look for a new job on their own

honestly who cares if the guy is a DM or not. That’s not what’s important. Does the person who posted this original thread have any idea when these layoffs would come? Will we go down to 2 PCR ?

 

Did anyone ever confirm if this is true or not? It doesn’t sound like there are layoffs coming like the original poster said.

Actually....DMs do play a role in who is retained. We are asked by the RD to force rank our reps and it is used as “part” of the selection process.

And if you see some of your behaviors changing on field rides then just know you’re gonna be a target because it doesn’t make sense to have you as one the bottom ranked reps and you have good behaviors so we are made to lower them.

Trust me, I hate it. There’s very good reps with mediocre to bad rankings that are just caught up in bad numbers that no one can control. Maybe in you’re in a bad formulary situation or have sucky partners or some other unfortunate circumstance. You can be one if the better reps but...toodles
