Yea, you will likely get a 1% raise every year. And Sanofi hates doing that. You will make more with the company if you get a job in the higher specialties, like derm, MS, or Rare Disease. Their bonuses are higher too.

I will give Sanofi one other props in having high bonus options in the rare field: 30, 45, 60, or 70k bonus plans.

True statement about salaries. Time off, 401k, bennies are all some of the best in the industry....for big pharma anyway

Former vaccine employee I quit last year. Just talk to people that work for the company. Overall, I left due to money and culture. No regrets. You might love being told what to do everyday by your boss, and KAM. Something else to add, you are on call with your customers so expect calls all day long for orders, counting inventory, etc. no one tells you this. For me, worst mistake of my life, but I used them for experience and got out as fast as I could.

Even though for the most part it sounds like everyone hates working for Sanofi Pastuer. Is there better work life balance in this position than your traditional pharma position, once you have your business up and running?

I heard there is no time stamps on calls, and that this is a great position for working moms because of the flexibility...?

I couldn't agree more. I wasn't told about how micromanaged the company is. Manager is always checking in. It's like they do not trust you. Tired of baby sitting the customers. You did the right thing by getting the hell out.

The best day of my life was the day I told Sanofi to kiss my azz and that I was moving on. It was very liberating. No one deserves to be treated the way Sanofi treats its employees. No one.

Management thinks they are the smartest people on earth and YOU the rep are stupid and couldn't find your way out of a closet. They WILL never listen to a word you say, lie about the financials so they don't have to give you a raise. the training is HORRIBLE. But the worst is the low salary and how they claim that 60-70 is the average comp for tenured reps. Flu season is horrible and they will mess up your orders and not tell you so you look like a fool in front of your customers.

This post is 100% correct. I want to add emphasis that MANAGEMENT THINKS THEY ARE THE SMARTEST PEOPLE ON EARTH and the reps and customers are stupid. This attitude permeates from the VPs to the DMs.
The truth, is that they are so disconnected from realty and are so ignorant is hard to believe..

Interviewing for position selling Dupixent, would love some honest feedback. Was told base of around 100k and bonus potential of 30k. Is this realistic? Thank You

If your negotiating skills are poor then you’ll be in high 80s.

I'm a rep here selling Dupixent, they will start you at 120-130 depending on experience and you can top out at 150k. Hope that helps

This is a lie, you will not make even close to that. Can a real current rep chime in here, would be greatly appreciated.

The pay range for dupixent from the above poster is pretty accurate. Sorry if you don’t believe it. These positions were highly sought after and they paid for the relationships and expieriance.
