I knew bad doubt he is in a mental hospital. If he was, he would be getting treatment and we would see signs of improvement. Instead, his mental health seems to be in decline.

 

Having a front seat to his neurosis is like watching LIve PD on CP.

He could have a solid career selling psych meds by telling docs that they need to treat patients more frequently, so they do not end up like him.

He craves admiration. He has invested 8 years of his life to running up a view count in hopes people take notice of him. Now that peopl call him out on it, he sees his 8 years of efforts going down the drain, without realizing that there was no value in doing so in the first place.
