Are there any reimbursement issues? How is the company culture?

Typical starting base salary and total comp at plan, car allowance or company car?
    Bennies any good?

    Thanks for your time,

The competition probably pays out the commission owed on timely basis.
Progenity takes 2 MONTHS! What kind of satisfaction is that?

I've been waiting over two months to get paid, with no response to my emails and invoices. Progenity's falling behind in their offerings so maybe this is a sign of what's to come but as soon as I get my check, I'm done.

We are OON with just about all insurers, so we offer a stupid discount on out of pocket so we don't make any money. This used to work a couple of years ago when the insurers would pay a huge lump sum but now they aren't paying, so this is a poor business model.
    Revenue is down.

Leadership bailing. CFO (new), VP Managed Care & VP Billing resigned, VP Sales steps down, VP Ops ready to bolt. R&D is a bust and investors are angry and scared, cash burn is unsustainable with payers finally catching up to the scam. Look around and decide for yourself.

I have not even been at Progenity for a year and I can tell you the leadership here is shit. Everyone just says yes to Harry and George because they want to keep their job and they know neither of them are loyal. The irony is that George is the hitman and Harry is will not be loyal to him. On top of it all this is the worst culture I have ever experienced and the leadership refuses to admit it.

The reason they do not pay commissions on time is because they do not respect the reps. And when they do pay commissions everyone knows they are being shorted. Just another really wealthy owner that only cares about himself.

morale is low, and the only reason people are hanging on is that they think there will be an ipo some day and they can exercise their options. leadership departures show how much people in the know think that's worth...

Maybe they won't be around long. The Ohio attorney general is contacting former employees to help with their investigation into billing and healthcare fraud. Can't wait to see this play out!

Leaving the company or stepping down won't exonerate you when the State/Feds come knocking.

Look around people, this place is heading DOWN and the PE money will soon dry up.

Reimbursements are falling fast because the insurance providers have caught up to our game. Being out of network is unsustainable and going in will accelerate our death spiral. Harry is grasping for a lifeline, the IPO aint happening folks.

Unfortunately, you may be right. NSM which is usually a blast was a shit show. GG aka the ‘hitman’ has ruined the company culture. People are leaving in droves and senior leadership under GG are sycophants just trying to save their own asses by managing up. GG is a cancer and if they continue to hold on to him... they may follow him down with the sinking ship. Harry. Wise up. Find out why your reps are leaving. Allow them to have honest and candid discussions that aren’t buffered by GGs puppets with Director titles. Sammy, you are a smart charismatic business man. I hope you will do the right thing and ask the tough questions of the people you lead... I think you will find out from the people who are the heart and lifeblood of this company will tell you. They are suffering and there is one common denominator.

The clock is ticking down on this nightmare and those who are smart will be ahead of the implosion.
