I can’t believe there hasn’t been a post about the BCise circus that’s been unfolding. No samples and wholesaler outages until March?! What a fiasco! Two wholesalers are OUT in my area how the hell can I make my goal when product isn’t even available? AZ you need to step up and make this situation right. And don’t tell us to be positive! This impacts our income. I’m not going to smile and pretend everything is hunky dory!

Are we surprised? This company is it's own worse competition. It's not Lilly or Novo that affect our share, its the people in charge here at AZ.

When I get up on stage at the next meeting and look into the audience, you will be smiling he and pretending like everyone else or risk standing out like a sore thumb.

    You will be smiling. :)

So true. All of those behind the back tough talkers turn to mush at meetings. Nothing will ever change here. The players are all alike. Only the names change.

Brand team: the best joke all year! All at the expense of patients.

Yes. The sales reps will absolutely be on the receiving end of this situation. How could the brand team mess up this bad? It'll get slot worse before it gets better. Whatever market share is, take off half and you'll be lucky to retain that much!

What is the role of Brexit in this fiasco?

AZ has known for MONTHS that they would not have enough Bcise yet they ironically change our IC plan in Q3 and Q4 to where we are only paid out on Bcise. They need to pay us accordingly and not just "fix it" in the next quarter. We've worked our a$$es off this past year and what a debacle of a year its been! People want to stay here but AZ is making it hard not to leave.

Oh no, it is really easy to leave; it is hard to stay.
