    I have been slacking the whole year! Nobody seemed to care. Wake up call! We either sell and keep the lights on or we are getting canned. No time to lose now. I am visiting 5 offices today. We came too far to throw everything down the toilet.

    Us “idiots” don’t do the selling. That was up to you “idiots” to blow. This was a true team effort. If you thought It was such a “me too” why did you leave Salix and come here?

    Bottom line worst management most tenured reps have ever experienced in their careers. Breaking laws to "pull through" scripts at the pharmacy. That's called HIPPA violation. Don't argue that its not, the pharmacist asks for the name of the patient to look up the information. Name, birthdate and only 2 possible diagnoses CIC or IBS C. So if having the patients name, birthday and disease state as an non HCP is not a HIPPA violation, than what constitutes a HIPPA violation. So upper management you can try to condescend to this and degrade the author, that is the typical manner people with no reasonable argument defer to each time. And there was an earlier post concerning use of co pay cards for medicare patients. I can hardly blame upper management answering that saying its hard to believe that a co pay card could be adjudicated at the pharmacy for a medicare patient. Well, nice try because everyone in sales including management knows it is true. If the government demands an audit, that hard to believe simply becomes a fact and large fines would necessarily follow thus completely burying Synergy financially. Synergy tried to make it alone against a huge marketing machine with deep pockets. Guess what heat treated entero toxin E Coli in small amounts isn't some deadly poison that always causes explosive number 7 okay. And so what about PRN dosing, it saves patients money because they use less product. So what if they dont crap for 3 days and then blow it all out in one day, that is manageable. As if trulance doesn't cause diarrhea, it causes diarrhea as well, so what the numbers are a bit less, big deal. Oh, it's a bio similar but don't call it a hormone even though it is a hormone. So trulance is a hormone, linzess is e coli treated. Bottom line is people who cant crap need relief and they get relief with linzess. Give this drug to a Pfizer or GSK and it would take off because they know how to work managed care and have the pockets to deal. Just wake up and realize the time at synergy is short, continue to barely make any calls, take time off and relax while getting paid and look for a job. The managers from synergy and the field trainers failed, they should not get rehired as trainers or managers. Only a few good trainers out there, most of them are sub par losers who talked their way into a sweet short ride and stole a good paycheck.

    Sounds like your numbers suck and the only reason other reps are winning is because they’re “breaking the law”? Go lose at another company. People like you are why we’re failing.

    Funny, I work in Pharma and hear from offices using product that they like it. Invested and f'd myself huge in believing in the science. Did not realize you babies have little skill to pull through a product. Love to have the managed care situation u have coming up. Hope you all land of your feet and I hope the stock somehow survives.

    I f'd up and trusted that u guys are pro's.

    No, when we see and smell shit we avoid it. We’re survivors, you’re the casualties.
    No one is going to thank you for your efforts when they kick you out the door.
    Heroes like you think going down with the ship is a noble gesture. When you’re kids are hungry and they foreclose on your house tell me who’s the real loser, and let’s see what Sunergy does for you.

    Easy paycheck, ride the wave until it crashes. Most managers suck because they cannot sell, so they strive to manage. It's like the old saying, business professors at University teach because they suck at business. Violating hippa is common with most companies, so no big deal really. Steal your paycheck and when it crashes it crashes, move on
