I’ve never worked for a company where the field sales rep take up a collection of money for management during the holidays. Usually its the other way arou d with management buying a small gift for their reps as a token of appreciation. A gift for your Regional Manager is one thing....but a wad of cash for the Director of sales......C’mon Pinny!

If any managers out there are reading this and are thinking of getting their reps Christmas gifts, get gift cards. You can't go wrong with that. It works for males and females. The reps won't be questioning if you spent more on one rep than another. Don't buy restaurant gift cards. We get free lunches every day. Get something from a retail store, or better yet, just get us Amazon gift cards!!! You can mail those in the Christmas cards you send us. Easy & done! There you go. You don't even have to wonder what we want.

I don't think many of us will have a good Christmas with the goals they have given us. Merry Christmas.

On Thanksgiving, the #1 thing people will be thankful for is that they have the day off of this awful place.

The insurance is just terrible here. I really need to leave this place. I guess you can get the cheap plan & hope you can make it to another company before your luck runs out.

The worst health insurance I have ever had in my life. Still paying medical bills from 2017. Thank you Kim....Thank you Arbor!

Our salaries are already low compared to reps at other companies doing the same thing we are. How can they insist on hurting us more by giving us high goals (in other words, less bonus or less money)? That's more money in their pocket and that is all they care about. Period. Employee satisfaction and reputation mean nothing to Arbor.
