Iluyma finally becomes available mid-October and TMs are told we have until 12/31 to reach target. Not a true quarter, 2 holidays on calendar. Still TMs are led to believe it’s possible. Drug has to be shipped first to receive credit towards target. Ilumya Support/Hub is a disaster! FRMs get different directions. Some TMs have over 15-20 patients waiting and nothing shipped! These patients need drug! TMs & offices did their job. Now NO target adjustment & it’s not our fault! We are “burned” by Sun! TMs put trust in this company only to be misled. Sun do what is right for your patients and your TMs. Fix the Hub and stop finger pointing! It’s a mess! Too many programs, no marketing resources, and no drug! Enough already!

It is not getting any better, so deal with it.

Another typical situation on the Mumbai Curry Exchange.

We had a call where management and the Hub people blamed the TMs for “not understanding the process” and that they needed further training. You have a team of All Star Reps and you pull that shit? Are you kidding me? If there ever was a doubt about this working I think everyone knows now it’s over. The other franchises are going to be selling this drug next year as this group is dead. Sun has a malignant tumor called management. Whatever India is paying you it is too much.

In all fairness, a lot of these missteps are the result of being handcuffed by the Indians. The strategic approach for operating in the US is 180 degrees from the ‘make a billion generic pills in India’.

No shit: we can’t get a case of toilet paper without Procurement getting involved and nickel and diming a vendor.

The strategy is to win by saving.

It won’t be long before everyone is gone, Dilip is getting very nervous.

The TM's sold the HUB EXACTLY like it was explained to them that it was supposed to work. Then "shockingly" it didn't work and the TM's have killed their credibility with docs. Management IS THE REASON. It's all a f'd up mess. What the hell was leadership doing for 2-3 years?

Well, for the past 6-9 months they’ve been chiseling down potential HUB service companies to the point that a low-budget program was agreed upon with McKesson.

You get what you pay for.

Anyone considering joining this sh*t show should take a very serious look under the hood of the company.

That kind of shit further erodes the last bits of credibility left. If you thought any of these posers knew their shit...you now know differently.

I’m so done with this company. Nothing but a big regret. They simply don’t have the right level of support or people.

I think you meant ‘losers’ not posers, but yeah, totally agree.
The rift between the field and home office is now at its highest.

Leadership flat out lied to the reps and now they're pulling the typical CYA stuff out of the management playbook to save their own ass.

Thanks for the new name badge but I’d rather have the marketing materials we were promised back in Orlando.
Tier 1 doc told me today she fully expects a drug launch to have some missteps as she has seen it happen with all our competitors, but Ilumya needs an immediate overhaul or no more scripts will be written. Waiting on EAP drug to be shipped for weeks is unacceptable when all is approved and submitted.10 day clock...BS! So sampled to save relationship, help get patients drug ASAP, save scripts from being switched and who gets SUNBURNED in this whole mess is the TM because those samples go against our count. I’ll work all day to help my accounts since my FRM is MIA but I’m not a magician and can’t wave a wand and fix this mess. SUN DO THE RIGHT THING! When this falls on company put patients first as you claim and send samples but don’t penalize field sales or have our RSM slapping our wrists by doing the right thing because it doesn’t reflect well on “their district numbers.” Disgusted by the bs!

I think it’s time to stop selling this crap and save what is left of my reputation.

What is the deal with the manager in the midAtlantic? I mean how passive aggressive can you be? I was told this was the opportunity of a life time...Gotta love this Action

Now two MSL Directors have resigned...

Obviously no exceptional data to present. The MSL storyline is that data does not matter, they all work well, but Ilumya is selective. No proven clinical benefit, but a price that is an advancement over proven therapies. Just need to spent a few hours on the phone with the HUB and patient will have their medication in a month or two. What would you do? MSLs did not come here to wear party hats and serve pizza to residents and KOL offices. Play us or trade us.

At the end of the day, the outlook here is really bad.
The data is the data and we knew that coming in. But the complete lack of support just sucks. I’m objective - I own my numbers and I’ll live or die on them.

Not surprising. Our ‘boss’ is just another JnJ guy trying to survive here.

They definitely sold a bill of goods. They won't be able to sell the reps on staying when the resignations come pouring in. That credibility is gone.
