It’s only a matter of time before JS is promoted to NSD. His region is the only one performing. KM chose his own successor.

KM is already badmouthing JS in the field with reps. I’m sure KM will find a way to cut JS’s Region to give his other low performing managers a chance.

 

KM bad mouths everyone past and present. He is very unprofessional. He needs to be careful and shut his trap for some are considering filing for a deformation of character lawsuit.

 

TN brought JS onboard to eventually replace KM. KM hasn’t performed and he has too many HR issues to keep around. The SE region is killing it so it’s only a matter of time before they promote JS.

 

What are they waiting for?

They are waiting for KM's one year anniversary. Since KM hasn't moved to Miami, they will have a sufficient reason to cut him loose.
