Reps are getting frantic and pathetic calls from everyone from the RSD up to the President. These calls come monthly, not quarterly. Panic is not a strategy. Asking a rep who just had their commissions cut to take a further haircut on a bulk is unfair and anyone who is smart will find a way to avoid complying. Looking forward to a few weeks of peace and quiet before the calls start again.
Amen brother, I have never seen management in any company so desperate. These are desperate individuals who have the foresight and vision of a squirrel. The lack of morality is also disturbing. Spoke to a recruiter and she said she’s being flooded with BTK employees resumes. Figures.
What????? You don't like getting those calls on October 5th requesting your Q4 closing forecast and where you can place a 'strategic' bulk? I am by no means a mathmetician but I don't understand selling something at steep discounts just to meet an 'arbitrary' number when if they trusted their process they would sell the same number of devices at their contracted price and not lose what.... $5, $10mil maybe more on the discounts over the year? And their numbers are 100% arbitrary as BTK is a private company and are not answering to Wall Street.
They don’t answer to Wall Street but they do answer to MJ and her drastically exaggerated forecasts. Max is most likely picking up on this moronical behavior.
all med device does this, its amazing how institutional investors have no picked up on this as the CEO spins growth rates but it is simply loading shelves so senior execs get gaudy bonuses and job security Hence, why so many smart reps just say no to the stupidity
Biotronik is desperate! Sounds like a great company with decent product however the management is clueless. Rumor is they are trimming the fat for possible buyout. They are letting go of quality employees that have been loyal and dedicated to the cause. I would avoid the ineptness and sketchy practices of Biotronik period. I also heard that Wayne Butler in Spokane is as bad as they come. Caveat Emptor!!!!
