Run. 30 out of 50 reps quit in a year. Managers are clueless with no experience. Ask questions and do your homework unless you’re really really desperate. There is NO pipeline. ZERO. Hope this helps.
Clueless management is an understatement. One sales manager told an interview candidate that he (the manager) doesn’t know the clinical information, that’s the reps job. And who leads the reps and assesses them on clinical selling??
NE manager is clueless about everything. I asked him 3 basic questions and he didn’t know shit. Who runs Dendreon these days because the manager sure doesn’t have much knowledge about Urology and the market place.
