    What is the deal with all these backorder?!?!?!? Any insight

    I’m not making any commission this quarter. How ridiculous is this. A sales force that doesn’t get paid a commission. Let’s keep driving down the prices and fixing them with contracts. The gap is too big now.

    how am I supposed to sell with no product. What is going on? Something is up!!

    Integra is a horrible place to work. They don’t take care of their reps and they don’t pay them. They screwed over many reps and this is why they are having high turnover. Trying to grow a territory with the outrageous quotas and not paying reps is wrong. I left due to this and crappy management. This place needs an overhaul

    Stop crying and go sell capital. That’s were reps make money anyway. If you’re a rep who only focuses on the “me-to” items that are backordered; you’re not a good rep. Go sell capital and look to fill in the gaps with some ancillary items (some backordered, some not). Do this and you’ll be happy and make money. Good money.
    Get after it.

    If you have a surgery scheduled, contact Sales Ops for inventory.

    They use it if it’s on the shelf. You dumb mule. You’re so disconnected. Don’t worry they’ll use something else. Keep telling yourself that we’re not a commodity.

    If you have stock sitting on shelves all over the place, then you have stock for surgeries.

    Why can’t they see that this is hurting our numbers and commission? What great timing to have supply issues. This place keeps getting worse.

    In my opinion just not a place to work. Especially instruments bad culture, micromanagement, no trust. If you like that then you found a home.

    this place is not good. No support and lack of vision. You can’t run a company this way long term. Eventually they will figure it out that AWC is not the place they want to be and then we’re all gone. Mark my words

    except the higher ups aren’t held accountable for their numbers like the rest of us. They keep missing their number year after year and are still around.

    It’s expensive and difficult to get it right each time. More is wasted in production then is ever available. Some recent bad runs on the press.
