if managers are quitting that should tell you all

 

i asked my DM for a raise and he said there are no raises this year. I said I’m confused. 1.numbers look great, Applied is getting millions in tax breaks, Said keeps buying new buildings, we have managers and reps quitting and we are not hiring.

Where is all the Money going. $10-15k raise isn’t asking a lot

 

i forgot to add that I’m over 104% for the year and have had sold clips and had 40k growth a quarter. And 90% a Voyant Deal next month.

And we don’t have money

 

My manager just told me with a straight face that we would have stapling out at the beginning of Q2 next year. How people fall for this bullshit is beyond me. Has anyone else had their manager tell them the same? It was all I could do to keep from laughing.

peace should be over $500k a quarter and yet they are at $350k

I couldn’t be happier starting at medtronic where I take pleasure in out selling clinically, yes, clinically against some 24 numb nuts. Phase technology isn’t real and all Applied did was take a basic principle of electricity and spent 10 years to modify impedance so they wouldn’t be sued by Medtronic. Fact is, they should’ve saved their money and time and waited until it came off patent liken ethicon did.

Seriously, it brings me joy showing my surgeons this site to see how pathetic Applied really is. Unfortunately an anonymous chat board is where you will find the truth.
