Can you share the salary for a rep with 10 years pharma experience? Do you think you are making more or less than the pfizer rep?
    Thanks!

Great company to work for. Really cares about employees and values your contribution with high bonus payouts. With 10 years, you can expect 88-90k. Good luck!

You will not make more than Pfizer. Trust me, I worked at both. If you’re happy with a total package of around 140k calling on primary care- have fun.

What is wrong with calling on primary care? People are people. Wow, you lack intelligence with your comment, and it makes sense you worked at Pfizer with that arrogant attitude. Pfizer has not been anything great for a long time, as their stock proves.

You lack experience selling outside of primary care.

Agreed, entire medical industry, sales, and otherwise, is TOXIC. And, grass is usually never greener. Goes from worse to hell...then gets worse from there.

you are delusional if you think we are making anything close to the Pfizer reps. That is the least of our concern. Pfizer doesn’t take prisoners and within 4 months, we will be lucky to have a jobs.

I am glad to hear that Pfizer doesn't take prisoners. That would seem more appropriate for a prison system to do as opposed to a pharmaceutical company.

I believe they were referring to a sales analogy. Something apparently this company know very little about. What a joke!

I think the only joke was the one that you apparently didn’t get.

Something is wrong with you if you scoff at $140 for calling on primary care! That's A LOT of money to MOST people! You must be a self absorbed ungrateful snob.

From what I have seen from your reps in the field, $14000 should be more appropriate! Can’t even have an intelligent conversation with the docs much less convince them to use this crap (pardon the pun). Offices think you are truly a joke. That’s why you hire right out of school. No seasoned rep would go near this junk!

Must be why growth is so big and stock is soaring - docs hate it, right? Go somewhere else, troll. Your jealousy is embarrassing.

Sad when the only reason anyone still works there is for the stock. Golden handcuffed. So they think. Shitty job. No pun intended.

More poop jokes? Surely, you can do better. And, sorry if you’re jealous. I’m sure your job is great....which is why you’re posting on our boards. Run along now.

For the stock?? Even after the so-called great trial, they can’t maintain $18. Hoping for at least $30 by now and $50 in short term. No advantages at this pseudoscience factory!!

I'm thoroughly convinced that most people posting on this board don't actually work for Exact. HR mails you a packet each year detailing your total compensation, so you can easily keep track of how much you make here. I am average rep, and I have had no problem pulling in 150k on the pre-Pfizer base pay and 165k after. Those amounts are not even including the annual equity grants we all receive, or profits from participating in the employee stock purchase plan, both of which are substantial and make this a much better opportunity than you'll find anywhere in the industry. Reps who have been here for 4-5 years and have taken advantage of the ESPP are well north of 500k in equity by now, let that sink in...

Spot on. Pretty much everyone else are trolls.
