Reminiscing about times long ago. The honorable Merck sent $50 to purchase the Thanksgiving turkey and $150 for a Christmas bonus.
    Yes true

I still have the silver coin that was given to employees when Merck was the Most Admired Co.

You can get a few shekels for that on Ebay...I sold that and all my other Merck memorabilia to take the bad
taste out of my mouth from working for that nasty, evil company.

I came across the Wall Street page that listed all salaried employees working at Merck. A thank you for attaining the Most Admired Company. What a Great company!!!

Totally serious, yearly stock options in the thousands and quarterly stock options in the hundreds made a fortune.

Yep, the good old days when Merck hired adults vs. kids to peddle their wares. It was a great ride.

The Master’s discount on buying company cars. I bought and sold four cats for tidy profits.

Yes, remember that all family members allowed to drive company cars!

The old days are gone, save your money and have a backup plan. Older reps know what I mean, millennials are living in a dream world.

I remember the days when reps were treated like sales reps. Happy reps bring in profits.

Remember that the last ten days of December were company time off added to regular vacation time. Those were the days!
