Temporary suspension of trading on the London Stock Exchange, fires the co-founder / CEO, the next CEO resigns, is under multiple class-action lawsuits, settled another lawsuit with Pulse Health for $930k, hires a new CEO. Also, FinnCap Ltd, the Company’s Nominated Adviser on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, gave the Company formal three months’ notice of its resignation as the Company’s Nominated Adviser and Broker. Whew! Did I miss anything? Sorry guys......at what point to do you simply walk away? It's a disaster!! It's a ....mad house!! Where.... are ....all ....the people?? ( famous Charleston Heston quotes )

Did any of this occur under TAN leadership? Is our resident anti-TAN going to say it's TAN's fault?

Umm.....don't forget the CEO b4 RA and that other guy who was double-dipping who left to go to Genome Health and doesn't have ABI listed on his resume. Then, you have RA, then the CEO after him and now the new one. Any bets on how long he'll last?

well the new CEO was brought in to effect a merger / BO based on the verbage in his contract in the 8k filing. Also part of his comp package is 25k shares per/mo. He is a finance guy and advises on M/A in his previous position. My thoughts re this won’t take long. look at the history of other companies purchased or merged, CEOs and Board memebers resign right beforw the announcement.

I can't believe BD ( is it BD? ) is actually purchasing ABI. If so and when it does, will RA reap any benefits from the transaction?

Reverse stock split. Nice accounting trick. Won't help. One hand on my vintage champaign. Been keeping it for a special event.

Many on this board are understandably happy with AKER's crash-and-burn scenario. These "new" guys don't appear to be very adept at turning things around. On a serious note, is there anyone that sees any glimmer at the end of the tunnel or are we headed for total disaster?

Does anyone think Tarbox and Gormally were "Aker-ed?" What's the real story?

Ironically, things were much better under TAN and before the "board". A board gets created. TAN gets booted. Edwin is a criminal who was double dipping and leaves or got fired. RA gets booted. The guy after him gets booted. The guy after him gets booted. Anyone after him? Stock is in the toilet. No leadership. Board is incompetent. Now they're discussing going from laboratory diagnostics to canibus. Where's our anti-TAN resident to offer his commentary and perspective on all this. Blame has to be assigned. As the ship continues to sink more people leave, gets fired, etc...
Look folks, be very surprised if there's an actual buyout. Too messy. Just close this abomination down and go your peaceful ways. Meanwhile, TAN is helping another company make money, reading the business section and laughing his ass off. Just never seen an actual disaster in the making. Smoking my Castro-rolled Cuban cigar and loving every moment of this.
