    Culture- New President is making changes and needs to make more. Why so many field staff stick around is unreal. They have some top reps and have lost some great reps. He fired some VP's and many more need to go. He needs to take a hard look at all of the divisions and look how many regional managers are on the payroll. Many of them adding zero value. Prob close to 50+ of them in all the divisions. Thats millions in savings off the top he could be saving. Think about that cost alone and many of them can't make basic management decisions on anything. Why even have them if all they do is check the box and push paper up the chain. They are just warm bodies making 300K. Many companies only have 3. West, Midwest and East.

    his protector is long gone. they can't get rid of him because he knows too much. besides the 483's were not his in the first place. dig into it a little further to see that this has been going on since herr comandant Keller was in charge.

    when are the changes being announced? I hear of new restructuring cutting tens of sales reps and firing many people in January.

    Those are not changes coming from the new president of U.S those are coming from Sweden. Everything comes from Sweden.

    Yes change are coming to ACT. Changing to a lean sales force, paying too many reps per product line. Also will cap earnings, apparently reps are making more than president.
