JH is at Solta now. For those of you that have worked at Merz while he was there, can you give any feedback on what he was like?
Singlehandedly killed the culture of the old bioform and brought in the new merz culture. Every quarter for 2-3 years our bonus structure was changed and after 3 years I was making 30% less than when he started. Huge turnover of sales force, plus firings equaled almost 100% turnover in 2 years. Choked off most of our samples plus many price increases to increase profits, plus cost cuts(ie our bonuses) to all our departments made it nearly impossible to hit goals. Only 20% of sales force was at or exceeding quota. It was brutal and dealt a major blow to the morale of the company. Other than that it was great! Lol
Just a great guy! He is so chill no stress. Met him at 4 seasons a few years back locked into corporate america, they just keep taking care of him.
So true! Jim doesn't have a care in this world He glides from exec position to exec position and that guy has a blast. My experience was him hooking up the marketing department with raises galore.....while the sales team got crumbs. He is a burst of energy and sunshine ☀️
And look see: his boy Humphries at Valeant just bought Solta.....bet Jimmy did GREAT on that transaction. Cha-chinnnggggg!
