Coasting in Q4 will help u in Q1 with the new IC plan.

 

My calculations say around 5 are leaving and many more want to . Timing is everything.

 

Funny. I remember when we were taking applications a couple years back and refused to take anyone from Relypsa, because the launch was / is a disaster and the whole sales force was / is incompetent. We have made Relypsa look like sales geniuses, and that's saying something.
