Be very, very careful. Watch every account that was purchased from NJ lab. The groundwork has and is being worked on now. The story and excuses have been developed. Question every specimen that leaves, look at weekly reports comparing day to day totals. Look at what insurances are leaving. You have lost business and it is only the beginning. Contact your legal department and have then send a copy of "the rules"
Send a team of people out to do a "post op" on why you lost, where it went, and who the rep is. Obviously the rep coming in should be considered a "bogie" until your due diligence is completed. If you do your homework, you will be able to smoke these enemy combatants out, and protect your house.

Understand, this is real, you know that already, do not blink or your $200,000,000 will walk out the basement , thru the back door, and given to a guy in a run down early 2000's Japanese cruiser with wide rims and low profile tires.

 

Have the old Shiel accounts visited by the young Quest reps.They will investigate and realize that the business has been gone for months.You will also find out about individuals that are still on Quest payroll but moving the business to other locations. You will have no choice but to terminate with cause.Legal will make the transition simple.
