Endo Positions

Anyone know why the endo positions were posted and then taken down so quickly? Were there already internal candidates lined up? They were posted for 48 hours.

 

To make room for other bad ideas

 

We are offering a lot of positions to displaced employees (employees recently laid off by us that are still without employment).

 

I received a request for a Video Interview. It came from a blocked email address.
No phone number either.
Is this legit??
It is hard to believe that is how Ferring recruits!

 

At Ferring, we do not use disreputable recruiters who send emails from blinded email addresses.

 

At Ferring, we do NOT use video interviewing because it can lead to the appearance of a pattern of discrimination against protected classes such as people of color, women and workers over age 40 years.
That could lead to the perception of a violation of federal law. This exposes the company to legal liability.
Thus, we do not use video interviewing.

 

No video interviews but once you’re hired we like to violate all sorts of federal laws

 

Been to a managers meeting lately...no need to apply if you aren't white, male and between the ages of 25 and 35. Cant break up the Frat party. EEOC nightmare here, older reps...managed out, territories broken up on a regular basis
