    What's the future of this division looking like? How's the corporate culture? Good place to be?

    Technology platform is number one so the future looks bright. BSC needs to keep innovating to stay on top. Closure of Valencia and loss of some of that talent will hurt so continual investment is needed.

    I don't know anything about the sales cultural specifically, but the corporate culture in operations is very good. Pay is average to below-average for Twin Cities market, but the employees are happy in general.

    what is a typical day like? What are the commissions like? How are the quotas? Attainable?

    what is the comp plan for a TM? Salary? Commissions? car allowance? Recruiter called but I don’t trust their numbers
