Grateful I passed on this opportunity. I’m in a much better place and not trying to chase Ghost MDs (They Do Work in the ICU) who are skeptical at best. Too Bad Suckers

How in the world? Why in the world?
Layoffs? The reps weren’t given a chance, it takes a year to successfully launch a drug. How sad for all of you!
Pretty crappy on how they did it

I knew that this was The Titanic during my interview....the management team was full of suck ups and No One who Knew What the ICU world is really like! Sorry for the suckers who are now being laid off. Best Wishes

87 reps dropped to 24 without warning except a middle of the night conference call invite. Not based on performance and no territory realignment plan for the remaining 24. It was as though the HR department didn’t even know this was coming. The launch (for those that know about launching products) was going really well. Patients will pay the prices when large areas of the country are left vacant. Year of the patient is what they called it......SMH. Didn’t even make it 10 months. What a mess.

Worst management group EVER! Had no clue how to run a company! terrible leadership. 9 months for a launch. What a joke! Kept both VP's and 6 Regional Managers for 24 reps. CEO makes 6.5 million dollars and lives in La Jolla M-F and flys back on company dime to his home in San Fran! Even worse is how they handled contracting. It was a liberal company that had no business being in pharma.

I has a phone interview with a Midwest hiring manager. Guy sounded like he was preoccupied working out while on the phone with me. I couldn’t run fast enough away. Stayed at my current company, about to win another trip working three days a week here.....good thing I smelled a rat

Yeah anyone that works 3 days a week and wins the company trip must be working for McDonald's. How many Happy Meals did you sell?

What was wrong with the way they handled contracting, they got on HPG, October 15th and layoffs were Oct 18th, nobody left to pull it through!!!

Most of the reps that are left are all looking for new jobs.
