    Rick's lack of a pharma background is showing through in another business development blunder! This was Severino's baby so he needs to go too. $5.8 bil is not a small mistake.

    Even if Board wants to, they can't get rid of Rick. There are no viable replacements. Who will be the next CEO? Give me a break.

    Dr. Azita Gerhardt is being groomed to take over. This is general knowledge in the corporate suite. Question is not if but when it happens.
