Whats it Like at Regeneron

    Probably correct slap nuts. The whole idea is weak leadership. Good leaders make unpopular decisions, not take the easy PC way out of things. It's never good to play make believe in this job because nothing will ever change or get done.

    The woman is a single parent. She is doing what she needs to do. Look what it got PM. If you don’t get what I’m saying you never will. The problem here is the new and improved culture we have. Telling Leadership the actual market dynamics is the kiss of death. Telling sales ops that the expense audits are not working is the kiss of death. Etc.

    Alot of the problems at Regeneron stem from reps who spend their day bitching with each other complaining about anything and everything except actually moving business. Please leave the company and leave your sign on bonus with check made out to Regeneron. You certainly didn't earn it . It's called stealing !!! Also your bonus where they paid you out at 100% for your first quarter with the company. Seems like Regeneron got the shit end of the stick.

    Stealing? Don’t get me started but Regeneron accused of stealing patents with multiple products. They brought reps in For Praluent launch and never said a word about patent infringement issues. Many reps and managers gave up good jobs to move over here with the promise of big bonuses and perks. Instead it has turned into a complete nightmare.
    At every step in the process, we have been been out smarted by Amgen.
    Easy to do with this worthless Sanofi partnership.
    So Fuck you for accusing Reps for “stealing”
    Most of us are busting our ass to make a positive impact.

    Get off your high horse. I for one know Sanofi hasnt been totally worthless . In our district they had good relationships and most of us hired had no cardio experience. Yes there's some worthless Sanofi reps and Sanofi as a company blows but Len and his crowd totally underestimated Amgens ability to outsmart both companies. Actually we got paid pretty good to come to Regeneron with salary,sign on bonus , stock options and we did get a few really good bonus checks. 2017-2018 bonus wasnt good and the beatings started.

    Whats it like here? It’s fabulous if you are on Eylea or Dupixent teams. The knucklehead BU Head of Eylea is a douche, but otherwise it’s all good.

    You want to know what its like? Its not as bad as it could be, and its not nearly as good as the leadership either portrays or actually believes. With more and more Amgen and other big pharma "leaders" coming onboard, we are gradually moving to nothing more than a big pharma company. Can't get away from it.

    We seem to like hiring the women. Those who come across as highly confident with no competence. I dont mind hiring women if they are qualified. We dont get that here. Oh yeah, and you better not let that idea out of the bag either misfits!

    Basically the place is getting more toxic with each additional new person coming on. If you're on the praluent side, good luck. That drug is a nightmare to try to sell.

    True. MM is a terrible leader and will put a stop to the women leader hires if she can. Those strong women leaders represent competition.

    She is running this place into the ground. Complete asshole.

    I don't think they represent competition. They represent emptiness, despite the outward apprearance. Oh yeah, and if you femininazi's don't like that comment, thats too fucking bad.

    Forget all the nonsense about people, leaders are leaders and pretty much the same across all companies. The truth is it’s boring here and there’s no real culture to speak of. In sales for the most part you’re left alone so it’s a pretty easy job but if you’re looking to grow, be promoted or to be a part of something this really isn’t the place
