False claims violations by MLS

    I've been gone since early 2018 and it's funny to see the same people complaining about the same things without doing anything to change their own situation.

    If you aren't happy leave. Find a better company. You CHOOSE to work there, yet want to complain about things and not do anything to change it.

    This is seriously laughable and just goes to show you how clueless some people are. Not the same company that it was two years ago. Get on or get off. This thread is not as “anonymous” as you think it is.

    i concur. KS is a shitty SD, an ass kisser and a historical snitch. No way she should have gotten any job, she is lucky to have that one.

    several SD’s not happy with new managers and call points and ESPECIALLY promotions/new titles.

    Congrats Inform leadership you have started the departure of solid PROVEN employees. Letting MB have any influence or title is a joke. She was useless as an SD has zero clinical experience and just kisses ass. I thought we were passed the popularity game?

    2 SD’s have new jobs. Burning vacay and not working until they start in late January. One RVP might have a new job also. They will know next week.

    This guy hasn't figured out that Inform Management/Avista doesn't care if 2 SDs or ALL SDs quit. We are all replaceable. Glad to hear two SDs have a new job. BYEEEEE!!!

    God it is so motivating to work when you dont know how you are getting paid.

    Where it went wrong:
    Michelle B still has a job
    KS her BFF gets the new spot
    ( no talent suck up)
    Not giving TL a RVP spot
    Not firing BM
    Not ditching Runzheimer
    Hiring Greg

    Thought avista would do things based on merit not popularity.

    place is a shit show. Watch the resignations flow in! Mooney is such a cliwn. Guy knows nothing, he was supposed to try and fix things but he fell in to the popularity game as well. I agree with other posts, how Michelle B still has a job is beyond me. She quit as an SD then quit the company and then backstabbed Lewis and now she thinks she is untouchable. When a woman like that has power and influence you know you are in the wrong company. Why keep her? We got rid of our consulting services and she knows nothing medically? That is what is wrong with misInform dx.
    They are going to lose some solid employees soon. You cant replace them with no talent ASM/TAS/AM’S. I mean how did that work out in Cali,Arkansas and Florida?

    They are outperforming you, so I would say pretty great! Legacy reps are bullies and act so entitled, yet you fail to realize you are now the unproven ones. All eyes on you.

    Legacy reps put the company on the map you dildos!! Who got us all this business we have? Not the new reps or paths that is for sure. Watch what happens to the volume in the next 90 days when “ legacy” reps leave. We milked you for holiday vacation and some more checks. But here come the departures. Not bc of pay but bc the good old boy network keeps promoting based on ass kissing skills not performance.
