  1. December 30, 2016 KERX closed at $5.86.

Using the Dow as a bemchmark against large companies that tend to be run well- Dec 30, 2016 closed at 19762.

Today KERX closed at $4.65 (and it touched $8.38 during 2017).

The Dow finished the year at 24719.

Keryx Leadership is a joke! Blame the reps, blame marketing, blame managed care... BULLSHIT!

Wall Street has no respect for Senior Leadership. The entire Board is filled with cronies milking the tit of what’s should’ve been a viable little drug company that was poised for a buyout.

No Big Pharma company will even buy Keryx. And why would a European conglomerate consider buying Keryx? No reason.

    These guys fucked us!

Happy New Year Keryx Leadership! I pray every day for a SEC investigation that will uncover a breach of your fiduciary duties. Since my money with you clowns has been dead money since 2008 (I regret not selling when the stock was over $16- I had it pegged at $20-22) I hope all of your asses have to rot in jail!

All of you should be ashamed!

I'd wager most retail shareholders feel the same way, but mgmt doesn't seem to care as long as they can vest and rest. Maybe a twitter, email and letter writing campaign will get their attention....then again probably not.

How is morale at KERX HQ? With the merger coming in a week, have people already been canned?

I understand the rant. Unfortunately, the downward spiral started during the staffing / hiring process. As this industry goes, Upper Mgmt hired ex colleagues from big - pharma ( actually huge pharma) to run a start-up. And they hired people who were in cruise control for most of their careers, and not held accountable for anything. It was a mistake that impacted every level of the organization. And here we are.

And TC was the worst! A micromanaging incompetent tyrant responsible for perpetuating a fear-based company culture and continued demoralization of the sales force. Many good people driven out during his tenure.

Free us from Doug and Sharon. They make us miss TC.

Listening to Sharon is like nails on a chalkboard. She needs to go away.
