How can you cast a vote on the poll?

CANCEL IT! Mail the awards to the winners! All we will do is role play the whole damn thing anyway!

Let us have some free time. PLEASE....no dress up Rocky theme. Are we in primary care in the 90's?

Forced district dinner as usual. Less time to swap recruiter information. No free time, with constant role playing. They think we enjoyed that dumb ass four square role playing crap! Totally out of touch with reality. They will never believe an MD will ever know where “to use Rexulti! Pitiful and sad people. Wonder who left the HO this week?

I think it is important to meet as a sales organization to hear what our leaders have to say. I have to agree with the poster who said,"No theme nights" as they are pathetic. Let us have a GENERAL SESSION and then get dinner on our own( no reception). if we can have dinner on our own the first night I think a district dinner is okay the second night.
Things have changed over the last five years but Lundbeck is still a good company but not the great one it used to be.

Hear what they have to say? I think everyone of us could probably give their speeches by heart, because it’s the same thing over and over again. They could do a hour webex and accomplish the same thing. They will have come up with another, another stupid role playing day wth the SAME old, worn out BS that we have done at the last 4 years of meetings. Oh you can bet we will have the usual forced district dinner. They are 100% predictable. I have wondered if Takeda and Otsuka mandate these meetings. How long will Dunsire allow this farce to continue?

Every company's POA, national meeting, fast start etc are the same. It is to reenergize the message (whether new or not) check in with the field to level set the message and to have area time. It is part of the job. Make the best of it.

How do you reenergize the same message year after year, after year, after year? So we have to check in to “level set” the same message? We do that at every meeting ! That’s the problem! We never come away with anything that’s of real value. I thought “ our job” was to sell as much of Lundbeck’s products as possible. I think the time, energy and money would be better spent on say, R&D, finding a class a molecule to sell, or even increasing salaries to retain good people.
