    I don't even know where to start, Bob.
    Ex-Vanda rep here. Was "reorganized" (their word) out in June of 2018 with 38+/- of my colleagues. Most of whom were very vocal about what we were being instructed to do and, in some cases, not do. The Hetlioz approval story is made for TV stuff for sure.
    I can tell you unequivocally that field personnel were guided to create ambiguity around the disease, confuse the issue between insomnia and non-24, create a link between depression and non-24 using company issued material, STOP saying non-24 is a rare disease in order to generate more diagnosis, and directed to get patients and care givers to fill out the patient identification form and submit to the HUB for processing even if there are still questions about the patients condition. Seriously . . . how in the world has this company not been investigated????

    SO TRUE. Vanda senior leadership has demanded off label promotion unlike any other pharma company and a dirty sales group headed by ethically challenged Kool aid drinkers happily oblige. Doing the right thing and staying legal cost good reps and managers their jobs in that purge. Vanda has no place for ethical individuals.

    Loved the video: We are hear to talk about Non 24 but not about treatment. HOWEVER, fill out your patient information, give it to me (a non HIPPA certified employee) and I will go talk to your doctor about you so that they too violate HIPPA.

    A better video would be the presentation that the psych reps must give to psychiatrists about sighted patients. Do not mention that Non 24 is very rare in sighted individuals, just convince the psychiatrist that non 24 is very common and they are just misdiagnosing insomnia. "Keep it simple" regional managers coach, just mention a few symptoms (meaning do not mention that non 24 is a circadian rhythm disorder with a moving clock, unlike insomnia).

    I don't suppose you have any hard copies or taped interviews of these instructions?

    Also, were there any serious side effects that you were instructed to play down?

    Yes and now after the 38 or so we’re purged you now have about 35-45 who have quit on their own terms. They signed no severance so they can talk all they want! They are replacing all positions with 22 years old straight out of college with no job experience whatsoever. Their is no formal training from a training dept either. Just the regionals and managers coaching them to go sell off label. So now out of 115 reps in the field about 80 of them are 22 years old. Would
    Love to see what FDA and EEOC do with that!

    Very limited and that has been made available to the FDA - that was already looking at Vanda for it's inappropriate targeting for Fanapt. Since CEO has openly said, he and his minions read Cafe pharma there is concern that "interested parties" are just CEO or CCO pretending to help but the goal is just to snare those being honest about the sham of a company called Vanda

    I appreciate what you’re asking. The only thing that could be produced as evidence is the testimony of 100+ reps who heard exactly what I heard from all levels of leadership.

    I have everything ever saved. Looking for what may be helpful. I know others have more. It depends on how stupid of a manager and what was it writing.... Not much was, it was usually verbal. Luckily there are no serious side effects with Hetlioz, it's basically a placebo that occasionally works...... If a patient can even get it. The true question would be in the case of a side effect being reported to Vanda, does the CEO have yet another of his gag orders in effect and reporting to the FDA is forbidden even though required by law. CEO believes he is above the law and can control the FDA.

    Ha Ha. You are correct in describing Mihales the Great. He is a true narcissist in every way. Speaking with him is miserable. He is ice cold and makes sure you know that he thinks he is always the smartest person in the room. He not ever the smartest person in the room, just the most smug, arrogant and ignorant.

    Rather than relying on an ambiguous email address, the easiest thing to do would be to just agree on an individual in the investigative press to separately message, like SIRF (http://sirf-online.org/contact/), STAT news, or WSJ, and then go ahead and do it, if you actually have credible information... Worked quite well for Theranos, Valeant, Acadia, and others

    Thank you. I have not been one of those going back and forth about this but i think I do have information that a good investigative journalist that understands pharma would be very interested in discussing. But, a United front would be helpful as well as so many of us have small bits of information that when put together could jail the corrupt and lying CEO and his disciples.

    The company is also being sued for gender discrimination. It is a strong case. Many prior complaints sent to HR were ignored.

    What diversity does this company have? I can only think of one African-American, one Hispanic now that another left, one Asian-American, one mixed race person who is African-American, and one mixed race person who is part Hispanic. All of the “diverse” people that have been written about are very intelligent people that you would be lucky to cross paths with!

    Everything that you have written in your nasty response to this thread is incorrect so just put your “Make America Great Again” hat on again and go insult Native Americans like you enjoy doing!

    Normally, a legitimate company would have already announced a date to investors for the earnings call for year end 2018. But not Vanda, Jim and Mihales are still struggling on how they can continue to lie to investors, the SEC, employees and more. Give it up Mihales, you are a fraud and will look great in an orange jump suit
