Well said but unfortunately will fall on deaf ears in SSF. Most rep fleet cars are not comfortable for an average size male who drives 200 miles a day

meanwhile my buddy at Biogen is driving a brand new $60,000 Volvo XC-90 company issued car for all reps.

Actually the same could be said about working here these days. I have lost all trust in this company after arriving only 2 years ago and then watching them cull the herd for no good reason. Most successful launch in company history and they fire people???

They better increase the perks and base salaries because competition isn’t messing around pirating our Neuro Reps. The base salaries being offered are significantly higher than here, and now that I have no trust, I also now have no loyalty. We will lose a lot of people to Novartis, Alexion, Astra Zeneca and a number of others this year. SF better wake up and protect the folks that decided to give them another chance at making things right.

WHY is Genentech so afraid of the tenured grandfathered reps? No company on this entire industry would pamper these people? End the allowance - you are wasting money!!!

New employees are forced to get a company car. It’s time you stop being privileged and join the rest of us out here. Out of the entire industry 90% must drive company cars. Genentech needs to put entire fields sales on company car program and save some money.

I just took a new position with another company and have to have a company car. I was worried about how much I was going to lose but, the salaries of all other jobs was more than enough to make up for the car allowance and mileage profit I was making. At the end of the day; Genentech is underpaying everyone. Genentech has good products but, they haven't been keeping up with research and are falling behind fast and may not be able to catch up. Be careful.
