Not true! I and others have left here for better opportunites. And despite being downsized and unemployed twice, I have never taken less money. Including when I came to Shire.

Most important thing to have after skills is a strong network.

Many people have left. Almost all of Florida, couple in the southeast, a couple in Chicago, a few in Texas, a few in CA. MO, OH.... So what don't you believe exactly?

No not true. Many of the people who left were high ranking. And actually I'm in the Midwest zone quite a few people left not just one. I know the people who have left a good handful were P Club winners. So stop fucking saying that just because they left they sucked. YOU SUCK! A RECRUITER contacted me and said she had a great JOB for me. I told her I wasn't looking but I did recommend 2 people. There are so many individuals out there who are job searching! 1. Always refer others for opportunities. It only takes a few moments but to someone it could be a life changer. 2. You are building a relationship with a recruiter. You never know what tomorrow holds. 3. You help someone find a job and you help the recruiter get a good candidate. It's sad that she had said few people recommend others... Let's help each other out. Always pay it forward. Agree?

 

I left recently and all my counterparts in my region are looking to get out fast. I've been funneling recruiters to them. Gotta help your friends.
