James Thurman, please let Calvert go. He is micromanaging us to death. Something has changed in the past couple years with Dave and he is past his prime. We are becoming ineffective and inefficient under his scatter- brained direction. His knee jerk reactions are out of irrational fear, not solid leadership or vision. We all love Dave and know you do too, but it is more than past time he goes. It is time to put Goldstein, Dudkowski, Worden, Carff,or Baumgartner in that role. (Don't even think about McBride, Deprow, or Donaldson - they are total screw-ups). Dave did an awesome job 15 years ago and we admire and thank him for it. We need to move into the year 2018, and Dave isn't up to that task. Just ask Angelo or any of Dave's direct reports, they'll tell you.

The .Procurement team has made a 180 degree turn for the good since Blaser left. Kudos to you Pidgeon. We needed you 15 years ago. Keep up the amazing and incredible work and be sure to fire anyone instantaneously who even remotely begins to act like or resemble Blaser. Her management style was inefficient and TOXIC!!!
