Do not believe the recruiters, call a sales rep and ask how long they have been employed and then ask real questions. Like how many people were at plan last year, has the team turned over, how many times a month will my manager ride with me. This is a dead end job with little money and less opportunity

The pay is not that low. I made $115,000 last year and I was in the middle of the pack!

What are people saying about competition? Is molnylcke losing a bunch of business to SN, medline, Coloplast? Or are they not to concerned?

The turn over is really high. I like the products but the quotas are ridiculous and less than 30% are at plan.

This company is very arrogant... which is a joke! Very low pay and poor upper management!

What is the real reason for such high turnover. I know that the products are good, but they cant keep sales people

This is great! Such a toxic place to work, weak leadership, expensive products and high quotas. Be careful what you wish for!

For Strategic Accounts the leadership is immature and not inclusive of others from outside the organization. At one time 5 bosses in less than a year. Felt like high school with various cliques. Great products and evidence though and hard-working field sales teams and generally well-respected by our accounts. But high caution to those who come in from the outside as your experience is discounted and disrespected by some. Always watch your back!

This company has a very strange culture. Experience is not valued. Turnover is very high. Total comp is low. Most field managers don't have much medical sales experience. I have over 10 years in wound care sales experience and yet my team treats me like i'm a Sales Associate. VERY STRANGE PLACE. I need to find a new job.
